1. Our prices

• Prices are in Singapore dollars
• Prices are subject to 7% GST for Singapore customer
• Prices are excluding of freight and handling fee

2. Availability of books

Not all of our items shown on our website are in-stock because we are also a retail shop. In such circumstances, we need to bring it in from overseas and will take approximately 6-8weeks for the books to arrive to Singapore - depending on origin of supply.

3.Shipping and handling fee

Customer will bears all the shipping and handling fee.

Local customer

• Free delivery for order above S$250.00
• Minimum of S$5.00 delivery charges for order lower than S$250.00 or on actual weight-based rates (whichever higher)
• Self-collection can be arranged @ 20 Sin Ming Lane #02-63 Midview City Singapore 573968

Overseas customer

4. How to order?

You can either email us sales@pma.com.sg or fax the order form to +65 6733 6076 (please make sure the information given and item purchase are correct)

5. How to pay?

We have 3 payments method

a. Credit card: through Paypal account

b. Cheque/ Bankdraft payable to PM Associates Pte Ltd ( in Singapore dollars )

6. Delivery

• In-stock items will take approximately 7 working days once the payment is confirmed
• Pre-order items will take approximately 6-8weeks to arrive - depending on origin of supply

7. Returns/ Refunds/ Exchange

All sales made through our website are final. We will not allow any returns, refund or exchange except the following:

• Books arrive damaged - This will require the customer to send us back the cover and title page. (replacement or refund only can be made after we have receive the book cover and the title page)
• Books short supply
